He has been associated with one of the finest brands all like Taj Hotels/ Marriot/ ITC Hotels/ Dell Computers/ Apollo Hospitals & currently with Medcare Hospitals and Medical Centers, as the Head of Patient Experience, which is one of the premium brands of DM Aster Healthcare group in Dubai.

During his tenure with Apollo Hospitals, he institutionalized the concept of Service Excellence in Healthcare and brought about significant best practices from other Service Industries. Few of his projects like Voice of Customer Methodology/ Dial 30/ Tender Loving Care/ AAPIE has been awarded in both domestic and international platforms. He is a well renowned name in the field of Customer Experience in India and has been conferred with the prestigious “Bharat Gaurav Award” in 2017 by Central Ministry.

In his new assignment, he is the Head of Service Excellence and is responsible for creating the Customer Experience framework for Medcare Hospitals and Medical Centres and playing a key role in Transformation. In a span of 2 years, he has been able to accelerate the Service Excellence Transformation in Medcare. Under his leadership Medcare has `been conferred with Gulf Customer Experience Awards for Best Patient Experience & Best CX Team of the Year in Feb 2022. He is a well renowned name in the CX space and features in the leading newspapers of Dubai.

I started my career in the region with Shahid, which helped me understand how viewers in the MENA region watch content and how they like to pay for their subscription services.

Rami Zahran is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMO) of Saudi German Health based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With over fourteen years of experience in marketing and communications and a proven track record in the industry, he is responsible for the company’s marketing, communications, digital, CRM and events activities.

His leadership has been instrumental in the complete transformation of the healthcare group’s brand by executing a complete rejuvenation of its visual identity, communications approach and customer experience, as well as consolidating the brand under one larger healthcare group known as Saudi German Health (SGH). Officially launched in early 2021, the rebranding exercise organizes SGH’s assets under a new brand architecture that increases organizational efficiency and facilitates a much more seamless patient experience. These efforts have significantly improved awareness, brand equity, and revenue performance for the brand across the region.

Throughout his career, Rami’s marketing and leadership skills have driven significant development of the different organizations and industries he has worked in.
